Iftar program on Saturday 10th August 2019
It was narrated from Abu Hafsah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
"Fasting on the Day of 'Arafah absolves the sins for two years: the previous year and the coming year, and fasting on 'Ashura, (the tenth day of Muharram) atones for the sins of previous years."

Assalamu Alaikum Brothers and Sisters,
For the fasting of the day of Arafah, Assalaam masjid will organize an Iftar session on 10th August 2019 after Maghrib prayer. We will also offer dinner after Ishaa prayer.
Please note that there will be no Islamic lecture on the 10th of August 2019 and cleaning session for Eid Al-Adha will begin after Iftar. Your cooperation is much appreciated. Dinner will be then served after Ishaa prayer.
