Importance of Haya
Sahih Bukhari Chapter 2 Hadith No.9
Narrated Abu Huraira : The Prophet SAW said, "Faith (Belief) consists of more than sixty branches (i.e. parts). And Haya (This term "Haya" covers a large number of concepts which are to be taken together; amongst them are self respect, modesty, bashfulness, and scruple, etc.) is a part of faith."
This hadith teaches us that Haya is a part of Iman. Haya covers wide angle in our daily lives and we need to imply this aspect of Iman so that our Iman complete. On literally side, Haya means shy and the concept of Haya is modesty and always feel shy in every actions we done as Allah watches us every single moment of our lives.
